"The people from this office were extremely helpful when I needed insurance. I was coming from progressive and they were trying to more than double my insurance cost per month on a quote when I went to renew my policy. For obvious reasons that wasn’t viable. My Fiancé’s dad had been with this agent of State Farm for a long time and had treated him well. I called and explained my situation, and was treated very well by Omar and Zane. I received coverage that was cheaper than progressive and more thorough. All of this within a hour of calling. I was covered again on my vehicle that has a auto loan (meaning I’m contractually required to have insurance with no lapse), had electronic documents for proof of insurance and a whole lot of stress off my shoulders. If you’re reading this and are considering State Farm as a new customer or maybe someone that has used them in the past, I whole heartedly endorse this agent and her excellent staff. We all know insurance can be expensive, but for the first time in a while I feel like I’ve received my moneys worth in customer service and goods that I’ve paid for (in this case coverage for my vehicle). P.s Happy birthday Omar , thank you for coming to work on your bday and helping me out!"

"The most incompetent insurance company I have ever used. The agent is never in the office, she hires people that try up selling policies they have absolutely no knowledge about. It took 4 attempts to get the correct paperwork signed for my son's life insurance policy. My daughter doesn't even have coverage because she refused to go back and sign papers 'again'. IF you can get someone to answer the phone they are useless, the normal response is that they will have someone call you back. My most recent experience, this morning, I am interested in purchasing a travel trailer, so before wasting a ton of time picking one out if insurance will be out of budget I called for a rough price range. Apparently they can't give you a rough price range unless they know exactly what you want. You would think an EXPERIENCED agent would be able to at least give some kind if help. The only good thing is I called the main state farm number and found out it's easy to switch agents. So now, I just have to find a helpful agency in my area."

"1. I expect during business hours someone to answer the phone, not get a voicemail. 2. Maybe i am just old fashioned but i remember a time when the insurance agents dressed professional. I wonder if these woman ever heard of a skirt or maybe the book "Dress for success" would be a good read? When i go in they look like they are dressed to work on a farm. I wouldn't expect professional dress on a farmer but i did on insurance agents."

"They are powerless to make any real policy changes. I had two policies with them, I requested one policy to be cancelled, they cancelled another one by "mistake", and left me without insurance on the car I was driving. This could not be fixed after repeated attempts over weeks.They continued to charge me for three months for the other policy despite repeated attempts to cancel the policy on a car I no longer had. The prices are always on the hike, but its not the price I am complaining about. It is a sense of responsibility. One word "incompetent""
